Our weekend

On Friday, we just kind of lounged around at home, except for our trip to the gym. On Friday night, Buddy did a pretty good job sitting up with the help of his sister! Then on Saturday, we went to Love Monster storytime at Barnes & Noble (although we were late so we missed the story, but at least we got to do the craft) before heading to lunch at the Nitty Gritty and the library. Saturday night we watched some of the figure skating at the Olympics, and then on Sunday we went to the movie theater for Turbo for their $2.00/ticket movie. Every weekend they have a different one, and this seemed like one Kate would like. Owen did so well; hardly a peep out of him!

Creativity Can!

On Thursday 2/6 we went to a story time and craft time at Barnes and Noble. We got these creativity cans, which were filled with different odds and ends with which to make a project. Kate said hers was a talking castle. Love her imagination!

Afterward, we had a yummy lunch at Laredo's before heading to Legacy Academy (where she will have her birthday party) and meeting some friends there for another open gym (yes, she loves open gym!)

Can't believe he's the age now where he's actually interested in playing with toys; he loved this thing and kept spinning and hitting the buttons over and over!

Gymfinity!

On Tuesday, Feb. 4, we met some friends at an open gym we'd never been to, called Gymfinity. Kate loved it, and she had so much fun playing with Kieran, Bianca, and her other friends. Afterward we met Dan for lunch, since his office was only about 10 minutes away. So fun!
