Thanksgiving, Prairie Kids Club, and other Fall Fun

 Snuggling with Nana

Love this sweet boy (and he looks so much like Kate that I really had to look hard to figure out which of my children this was, ha!)

Fun with my girl at The Illusionists the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Such an AMAZING show; well worth the ticket price! We loved all the tricks; it was so entertaining!

He says he's Buzz Lightyear: "To infinity, and beyond!"

Dropping off her food for her school's food drive

 beautiful day at the park!

Catching up, part two

More random pics of our days, in my attempt to catch up!

He rocked his first dentist appointment in November!

Kate's "big girl" room; where did my baby go?!

Rocking their new PJs from our Elf on the Shelf

Halloween fun with Nana; my mom always comes over to hand out candy while we take the kids trick or treating!

 silly French girl ;)

 Piano time with Nana!

We went out for milkshakes and fries at Gus's diner after a FANTASTIC parent/teacher conference! I love this girl and the one-on-one time we get!

Helping Daddy paint our wall going upstairs so it matches our living room wall

More winter fun

They love the awesome advent calendar that Aunt Nancy sent from Germany!

 Haircut!

We love Olbrich's Holiday Flower & Train show, especially with our friend Johnny!

Our Elf on the Shelf is jamming out!

 We love the Children's Museum!

Hard at work painting his gingerbread man!

Catching Up

Once again I have fallen horribly behind, so here's my attempt to get caught up! :)

Fun at Tea & Trains at the beautiful Madison Club, one of our favorite holiday traditions!

We "adopted" a family for Christmas. Kate was so excited with all the gifts we bought, and she was so happy to come along with me to drop them off.

Kate was also really excited that she used her "share" money from her bank to buy the girl some boots. She has a bank with three compartments: spend, save, and share. She divides up her weekly allowance among the three. So she took the $30 in "share" and bought the girl some super cute boots. I love her giving spirit!
