Zoo fun!

Yesterday was absolutely gorgeous; 55 and sunny. So I went for a run in the morning then we had lunch at Pizza Brutta and then went to the zoo. Such a gorgeous day! 

 

 

 
 
 

 

Fun with Owen

I am so grateful I can be home with my kids. Not that there aren't hard moments but overall I truly love spending my days with them. Today Owen and I went to our Toddler Tales at the library; he loves that! Then afterward we checked out some books and headed to Wiggle Room, which is this great program at the community building. Lots of toys and things for the kids to do during the winter months! Owen loved it :)

Obsessed with this car track, where you line up the cars and then pull this lever to release the cars so they'll race. He spent so much time on this!

The best smile I could get; he didn't like me interrupting him!

Kate's sixth birthday party

We had Kate's friend birthday party at the children's museum. She chose a princess theme. Several friends from class came as well as our friends from outside of school. Very fun!

Kate's birthday

 I can't believe I have a six year old now! I volunteered at her school and had lunch with her while my mom stayed with Owen. Then we had dinner at Buck and Honey's, followed by cake and presents. I love my sweet girl!

Rotary Garden Lights

The first weekend in January we went to the light display at the rotary gardens in Janesville. Gorgeous! We were blown away. Definitely something we will do next year.

Open Gym

It's still kind of weird to me that it's just Owen and me during the day, now that Kate's at school. I miss her so much! But she loves school, and it's nice to have one on one time with Owen.
