On Saturday, December 7, we went to a beautiful fundraiser for the Madison Children's Museum, called Tea and Trains. It was held at the Madison Club, and it was so pretty! We all dressed up, and there was a magic show there, and readings of Frosty the Snowman, and model trains, and crafts, and of course some yummy treats and tea! We will definitely be back next year. (And of course we took a lot of photos beforehand, so warning, photo overload!)

Open Gym
On Thursday the 5th, we met our friends Lynn and Zoey at the Legacy
Academy in Fitchburg for open gym, and then headed to Culver's to meet
Tracy for an early birthday lunch. Kate was very impressed with this
open gym; I can tell we will come back many times over the next few
(cold!) months. That night, we went to the holiday craft workshop at the
library, where Kate made an ornament out of a CD, a mouse with a candy
cane tail, and a beautiful beaded wreath ornament.
