Such a fun day at the museum!

Today we were supposed to meet our playgroup at the zoo, but the rain prevented that. So the kids and I decided we'd make a fun day by going to the children's museum. Love that place!

Not museum-related, but the kids' life jackets came yesterday and they were so excited they had to put them on immediately. Ready for a fun summer on the boat!

Cars on State

On Saturday, June 6, we went to Cars on State and Cows on the Concourse. Both were fun (although I preferred the car portion). It was so cool to see all these cool, old cars from different time periods. Loved it!

Kate was fascinated by the carhop situation!

Kate's 4k Graduation

On Wednesday, June 10, Kate's class performed The Little Red Hen and then had a little graduation ceremony and an outdoor picnic to celebrate the end of the school year. I can't believe she's going to be in kindergarten now! We loved her teachers so much and will miss them and her classmates terribly!

Recitals and More Random Summer Fun

I love that we live in walking distance to Monk's now. It's not the greatest food ever, but we always have good luck with getting a seat outside, even on weekend nights!

Wow, it's been awhile!

I had no idea it'd been so long since I updated my blog. I have lots of catching up to do, but in the meantime, here are some shots from our spring. We are so happy that it's been relatively warm ever since before my birthday in March, which means we have been spending lots and lots of time outdoors!

I loved this shot of the "twins"
