Friday, February 28 was our second cooking class (banana nut muffin time!) I got to have one as well; so delicious. Kate says cracking the eggs was her favorite part. Afterward, we went to the Prairie Kids Club for open gym, then lunch at La Tolteca (not nearly as good as Laredo's!) and then home for a nice, long nap for the kids and work for me.
