Our gift exchange!

As mentioned in a previous post, we exchange most of our gifts on New Years Day so we don't have to haul the gifts back and forth. Plus it extends the holiday celebration! We had a great New Years Day; I was so excited to see them open their gifts. They loved everything!

Kate got:

• A horse for her American girls (which she has been BEGGING for)
• A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game
• Sorry! game
• Magnatiles (which she loves; her teacher says she plays with those every single day at school)
• A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle (Donatello) pillow pet
• Books (TMNT and Minnie Mouse)

Owen got:

• A Fisher Price toy workbench
• Toddler-safe Legos
• A stacking train (a train with three cars where he can arrange the blocks as desired)

(Yes, poor Owen gets the shaft; such is the life of the second child! Luckily he's only 15 months so he doesn't realize the discrepancy ;))
