We designed this blog as a way to keep up with all our family and friends, and share our fun moments as Kate grows up. So often, life gets in the way of staying in regular touch with those we love, so we wanted to make it easier for us to keep you all updated, and vice versa. We'd love to hear from you!
On October 2, we had Owen's third birthday party; his first friend party! It was at Legacy Academy, which is where we had Kate's fourth birthday party. He had a great time and of course he loved the superhero theme. It was a bright spot in an otherwise devastatingly sad weekend.

The cake is amazing! I hope the guns weren't too scary. I thought they would be a bit more fake looking but I guess the Germans like realistic toys!
