The Spring Flower Show

On Sunday, we went to breakfast with my aunt Chris, cousin Matthew and Grandma at the Original Pancake House. I always love that place. Afterward, we went to the Spring Flower Show at Olbrich Gardens. It was so beautiful; I love winter, but I'm definitely ready for spring, so this was just what we needed. We then went to the conservatory, and Kate, as always, was fascinated by everything. The quality of these pictures aren't the best, because they were taken from my phone, but oh well.

Clearly, Kate is entering the "stranger anxiety" phase, where she won't let anyone but Mama or Daddy (or someone she knows quite well, like Nana or Tracy) hold her!

Pretty shamrock girl!

The shamrock dress fits right in with the flowers.

Oh No! What if Kate doesn't let me hold her when you come in May? I need to get out there so she knows I'm not a stranger.

I know, you better come out soon! :) She'll be ok, though; I think she was also tired, because it was around her naptime, so she was fussy b/c of that.
