That night, we dined at the Be Our Guest restaurant, which is in the Beast's castle. That was very cool. We dined in the Grand Ballroom, and it looked just like the ballroom from the movie. They even had snow gently falling outside the windows for a romantic effect (and, with as cold as it was on Sunday, I wouldn't be surprised if snow had graced Florida in reality, too!) The food was pretty good, too (French cuisine), and it was fun to meet the Beast afterward. Kate is the bravest child I know--she walked right up to this huge, hairy figure without any hesitation, even though Nancy and I were kind of hesitant ourselves. Ha!

Hmm... Genevieve... is that a sign?

Loved the desserts--my mom's even had writing on it; so cute! (It said Be Our Guest on the chocolate piece)
The Enchanted Rose in the West Wing
Kate said she wanted to play this was a drive-through. I'm not even sure how she knows what that is--we hardly ever eat fast food!
Loved how the napkins were like roses!
